Henrion Capital now has its own website. It addresses professional investors and sets out the strategies, the investment approach and the forms of collaboration.
Henrion Capital is an independent investment platform headquartered in Luxembourg. Its focus is on real estate, asset-backed investments and selected corporate opportunities in the European mid-market. Proprietary origination, institutional underwriting and structuring across the entire capital structure form the foundation of its investments.
The two houses stand on different sides of the same transaction. Henrion Advisory works on the client side with German real estate entrepreneurs. Henrion Capital works on the capital side with international investors — family offices, asset managers as well as private credit and private equity platforms.

Three strategies, one investment discipline
- Real Estate Debt & Equity — investments across the entire capital stack in selected European mid-market transactions: development, refinancing, acquisition and repositioning.
- Private Equity & Corporate — companies and corporate situations with a substantial real asset profile, including owner and succession situations, recapitalisations and carve-outs.
- Special Situations — situations in which capital structure, liquidity or time sensitivity create particular investment opportunities.
Typical transaction sizes range from EUR 5–200 million within the European Economic Area. The segment combines institutionally relevant investment sizes with fragmented ownership structures and less standardised capital structures.
Investor platform under construction
An investor platform is being built alongside the website. It will present selected investment opportunities on a transaction-specific basis: first a concise teaser, then — following appropriate qualification and, where required, under a non-disclosure agreement — access to the investment memorandum, underwriting and structuring documentation.
